Arabic Alphabet Flashcards

These are the first flashcards we made to teach the Arabic Alphabet. It was sort of hard work to cut out everything, then place it properly on the lamination sheets, and then laminate. After laminating, I found I had missed a Nuqta for a couple of alphabets so I had to go back and do it again. But Alhamdulillah, after it was done, these were such a useful resource for us. Proceeding to vowels, these flashcards, we are using at the moment, apart from other ways. The printable is available here, inshaaAllaah.

Surat An-Nasr meaning puzzle

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

We do discuss the meanings of various words while my son learns the Surahs, but re-enforcement is needed for it to stick. This puzzle met success Alhamdulillah. He enjoyed it a great deal, especially because he is now able to read the English words.

I do intend to laminate and velcro these, but I couldn't wait to try it out, so I just had him stick them.
